2. Stretching App Recommendation
Start Stretching is a free iOS app that I like. You can use it to help improve your flexibility. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds. The routine only takes a few minutes. It is the easiest, most helpful introduction to stretching that I’ve found.
3. Expanding Your Respiratory Map
Expanding your respiratory map means exploring how to breathe in a variety of body positions. It can be done on the ground. But what if you can’t get down to the floor or don’t want to? No problem!
Here’s how to level up your breathing practice without having to leave the comfort of your favorite chair. Z-Health videos are always great!
4. Our Food Choices
Do we have to rethink what we eat? Does climate change make a difference in our choices? Great article that adds to the conversation!
