Have you given much thought to what determines your happiness? It’s likely you have, yet I’m wondering what you’d think of these ideas I’m sharing with you this month. And I’m keeping it simple!
Here are three things for you to think about when it comes to your happiness.
Three questions determine 99% of the happiness in your life:
1. What am I working on and why?
2. Who am I spending time with and why?
3. How well am I treating my body and why?
Everything else is noise. Can happiness be as simple as asking yourself these questions? Perhaps so!
Ask yourself those three questions above. Be deeply honest in your answers.
Do you keep a journal? You can use these questions as journaling prompts this month.
Don’t keep a journal? Take walks in nature and have some conversations with yourself. I find nature lends itself to deeper thinking and insightful conversations.
Here’s one other way to frame this.
Of the three areas the questions above mention, what area of your life are you neglecting the most and what can you do to change that, today?
Yes, find a small thing that you can actually go out and do this week, this month, to help remedy that weakness. Let me know how it goes.
