Well-being can seem elusive. However, take a look at my suggestions below and see if well-being, success, and happiness come your way more easily.
Here’s what I call The 3-C Formula:
Control what you can.
Cope with what you can’t.
Concentrate on what counts.
Make a list of things you CAN control. Here are some examples:
Your attitude
Not hitting the snooze button
Your morning routine
Your energy levels throughout the day
The amount of giving you do and the gratitude you have
Here’s a way to think of success:
1. Growth 2. Impact 3. Freedom 4. Proactive
Growth
Drive the changes you want to make in your life
Understand what personal improvement means to you
Impact
Focus on what’s important, ignore the noise
Freedom
Live your best and healthiest life
Improve the lives of others
Proactive/Persistence
Never give up on what is important to you!
I’m keeping it simple and to the point this month. No need to overcomplicate my message. And besides, summer is upon us so enjoy the longer, warmer days and appreciate all the wonders and gifts life offers us each day!
